We offer private and semi-private rooms with separate all-female and all-male accommodations. Students benefit from timely, safe daily transportation to Mater Dei High School and nearby schools.

Our homestay is hosted by a warm, fun, and dedicated Irvine family—long-time residents, native English speakers, and also bilingual. With academic recognition through Phi Theta Kappa honors, we provide not only a home, but an environment that fosters educational excellence and cultural integration.
