What types of rooms are available?

We offer both private and semi-private rooms. Semi-private rooms are thoughtfully designed with a partition divider to ensure personal privacy. Each room is spacious and comfortably furnished with either 1 full-size with underbed drawers bed a desk, chair and bed table and walk-in closet space or two full-size beds with under the bed drawers, two desks, two bed tables and generous walk-in closet space and / hanging racks.

Is transportation provided?

Yes. We provide reliable daily transportation to and from local schools. At present, our primary focus is timely and secure drop-offs and pick-ups for Mater Dei High School students.

Are there gender-specific accommodations?

Yes, we have separate all-female and all-male accommodations in separate homestays to ensure comfort and privacy for all students.

What is the environment like?

Our homestays feature a clean, modern, and minimalist design, complemented by a cozy atmosphere. The environment is safe, comfortable, and supportive—both emotionally and academically—providing students with the ideal setting to thrive. We provide professional cleaning bi-monthly to ensure cleanliness and organization throughout.

How do I reserve?

Students enjoy a monthly curated menu created with their input, featuring gourmet, home-prepared meals. Each day includes a continental breakfast, warm and nourishing lunches, and delicious dinners. Meals are freshly prepared by a trained cook and include a variety of meats, seafood, pastas, and rice dishes that students consistently enjoy—and often share proudly with their friends.

What type of meals are served?

You may apply and reserve by contacting us directly. We will provide an interest form, questionnaire, and application, and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Reservations for 2026 are now open. To secure your desired room or space, a refundable deposit of $2,500 is required. As rooms are limited and in high demand, we encourage early reservations to ensure availability.

Yes. Depending on room type and occupancy, bathrooms are shared by a maximum of two to three students. Each is a full-size, fully appointed bathroom maintained for comfort and cleanliness.

Will the students be sharing a bathroom?

Yes. Daily transportation to and from school is always provided. For additional needs, such as errands to the store or bank, or group outings to places like the local mall, we often provide local transportation when available. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on distance and scheduling. In situations where we are unable to accommodate, students may share an Uber or ride service with other student guests to ensure convenience and safety.

Will students be provided transportation to outside school events or errands?
